I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is nestled in a lively neighborhood and is really close to the metro. The rooms were surprisingly spacious despite being a bit dated, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. However, the area had its rough spots, and I'd say it's not the ideal place for everyone, especially at night when things can get a little wild. Overall, it's not a bad choice considering the price and value for money.

Rooms
7.0
I found the rooms to be larger than expected, complete with a television and an immaculate bathroom, which was a nice surprise. However, the decor seemed a bit run down and could use some refreshing.
Service
8.0
The staff was very pleasant, always ready to help with opening or closing the blinds and tending to any needs.
Location
6.0
The location is bustling, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, which can be fun but comes with a downside as well, being in a neighborhood where I encountered some undesirable characters.
Dining
7.0
While the dining options were standard, I enjoyed the quick bites available near the hostal, especially with many eateries and coffee shops in the vicinity.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, though not particularly modern or luxurious. Everything functioned well, but the carpets were clean but old and definitely need replacing.

5.6/10

The hotel is situated in a very central location, close to Gran Via and with convenient metro access. The rooms are spacious enough, but they could use some updates and better cleanliness. The staff was pleasant and helpful, although I expected a bit more efficiency in service. Overall, it's a reasonable choice for budget travelers, but be prepared for the somewhat gritty surroundings.

The rooms were large, with a balcony overlooking the street, but they felt a bit dingy and could definitely use some maintenance.

5.4/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a good location close to restaurants and theaters, the rooms were a bit run-down and in need of some TLC. The service was polite and helpful, but the dining experience felt a bit underwhelming for a three-star place. Overall, it has some solid points, but it's far from luxurious, making it more of a budget option than a comfortable retreat.

7.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right near Gran Via with plenty of shops and attractions close by. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony, which I enjoyed. However, the corridor leading to the room felt dark and not very clean, and the service was a bit hit or miss. I appreciated the breakfast, but it lacked variety, so there’s room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
My room was actually quite large, with a balcony overlooking the street, and it had a TV as well. Overall, it looked nice but wasn't the cleanest hallway to get there.
Service

The staff were friendly and tried to help with anything I asked for, though they weren't always very helpful.
Location

The hotel is in a great spot right next to Gran Via and it’s very convenient for exploring Madrid.
Dining

Breakfast was standard but nice, with cereals, pastries, and coffee. It could use a few more options, though.

The hotel had decent amenities, but nothing particularly stood out to me.
